It's great for you when you are exercising. It doesn't damage you when you drink it in moderate amounts the rest of the time, because you can burn of the electrolytes in walking and such. But if it's all you drink, that probably isn't good. But you can say that about anything, really. You have to have a balance. That may be too many electrolytes for your body to handle, though electrolytes are the one dietary thing I know very little about (That happens when your aunt is a dietician, and the food pyramid being the only part of health class you pay attention to). I don't think it would be devastating to your health; you would have heard if it was, because there would very likely be a huge controversy over it. But for now, I'd suggest just drinking it while you exercise. To get the same flavor the rest of the time, just drinking flavored water.
