Is this too much for one day?

I would also suggest dropping Ohana and going departure day. Have a leisurely morning at MK, enjoy your lunch at BOG, and seem good pool time at the resort before CRT. In our experience, the portion sizes at CRT for dinner were tiny so I would get whatever you want at BOG and not worry about still being full. Enjoy your vacation!

would I have time to go. staying at AoA with my departure flight at 1:45pm

For my family that would be WAY too much food in one day. If we do a breakfast then we typically aren't hungry at ALL until dinner. I would definitely eat a lighter meal at BOG if you are then doing CRT for dinner.

Personally, I am VERY careful about doing any kind of big breakfast meal prior to doing a park or eating a big lunch while we are in the parks. To me there is nothing more uncomfortable than being stuffed from a big meal and then walking all over the parks and climbing in and out of ride vehicles in the blazing heat and humidity.

It will be 2 adults and 3 kids
our MK day-

8:25 Ohana breakfast
Go to MK
1:40 BOG lunch
Go back to rest at resort
Go back to MK around 6-6:30pm
7:25 CRT dinner

Is this a good plan?
if you are planning on pool time at the resort have a backup plan as this could be summer storm time and this includes your time back to park could be slower than normal

I think the scheduling is fine since it's not your only MK day. I do think it's way too much food though. I would probably skip BOG lunch. We normally end up doing 2 meals a day and a snack.

I'm amazed at all these people who don't eat much on vacation! Because I'm walking all day, I always feel like I'm hungry at least as frequently as at home.

While we generally do only do one TS meal in a day, we're still eating somewhere, and it's just the time invested and the expense that hold us back. I think TS meals make great breaks in a busy day!

Wow that's a lot of food in one day, I wouldn't be up to marching around the parks with that much food in me, so I'd have to drop lunch and have a snack in MK. There are plenty pf delicious ones to choose from in MK and will fill any gap between your two character meals.

I think the issue is that 1 meal at wdw restaurant, or most any dining establishment, especially with portion sizes the way they are, can quickly add up to 2000 calories for a single meal! You may get more exercise, but really, the walking offset couldn't ever come close to offsetting 6000 calories! And, then there's snacks, so while its vacation, one still has to be mindful. Right? 3 big full Disney meals is a LOT of food.

Welllllll, I am less mindful on vacation than when I'm at home. :rolleyes1

I'm not saying I'd get an appetizer/entrée/dessert every time! But I'm the kind of person who gets really cranky if I try to bunch all my allotted calories into two meals. - I definitely need to spread them out throughout the day, even I didn't finish things. (Or maybe we're just thinking of "snacks" differently.)

Plus, TS meals for us are not all about the food. They're also about a break from the heat and the constant movement of the parks, which is sometimes what we need even more.

I think the OP will have a great day with her new, two TS, plan - but if the scheduling change hadn't been available, I don't think one day heavy on "experience" dining would have hurt, either.

Ok I changed the Ohana 8:25 Breakfast to my Epcot Day, which only has an ADR at Via Napoli for 4:50pm.

That sounds like a good day

I get it. I'm just looking at a 3 meal day, let's say you get soda at each meal, totaling 310 calories each - a first fill and half a refill, over 3 meals, that's almost HALF your calories, for a day. Chicken nuggets and fries alone ~800 calories. That's not a starter or dessert or drink or snack.

What I am saying, is it can very easily creep up on you! Unintentionally of course, but you have to consider it. 3 big WDW meals is a lot. And, I, for one, love a Dole Whip!

I think an 8:25 ADR at'OHana on an Epcot day is a bad idea. You're wasting the best AM touring hours in eating, traveling etc. Your whole day is behind. Is eating the main focus of your trip?

hmm..ok. Eating at this restaurant is a must for my family.

only leaves departure day and I'm afraid of doing it then.

If it is a must do, it is a must do :-). You then need to decide where to compromise. I would skip 'OHana rather than this plan, but that doesn't work for you.
Good Luck

For our family more than one TS meal is too much. Too much money, expense, and time sitting waiting. Especially for Ohana and CRT, I would want to feel I got my money's worth since they are pretty pricey. Personally, I would eat breakfast in the room, eat at BOG since it's more of a quick service and then do CRT.
Where are you staying? If you are not staying at a MK resort you will be getting up pretty early and also trying to stay up late with the only down time being in a restaurant.
