Ok, this will be my first time on the dining plan. So, i think in the mode of planning. I decided that my son and I would not miss meals we really want to try. Now with that. Do, you think I should do this, or is this a tad to much on arrival day. Ok. We will arrive Sept 21st 10a.m. Will not have a car so its DME! Check in hopefully. Head to DTD. Where My DS12 wants to eat lunch at Fultons(OOP) . We have a ADR @ 2p.m. Then, after lunch head off to Magic Kingdom. For rides, and fun, until our ADR at Ohana 9:30p.m. Do you all think I'm planning to much for our arrival day. Any opinions, would be greatly appreciated. TIAE!!

I've never ate at Fultons, but I can tell you that Ohana's is a LOT of food. I would recommend eating a light lunch, at Fultons or elsewhere, because Ohanas will be more than enough food for dinner!

IT MIGHT BE A LITTLE MUCH? PERSONALLY I COULDN'T DUE A BUFFET WHERE I'M NOT EATING UNTIL AROUND 10 AT NIGHT. I DO HAVE A COUPLE OF QUESTIONS .WHAT TIME ARE YOU LEAVING YOUR HOUSE TO GET YOUR FLIGHT. I WILL ASSUME AROUND 6 AM. THAT WOULD MEAN YOU WILL BE ON THE GO AROUND 18 HOURS( 6AM UNTIL ALMOST MIDNIGHT WHEN YOU WOULD GET BACK TO ROOM). THAT IS ALOT FOR AN ADULT LET ALONE A CHILD. MAYBE YOU MIGHT WANT TO TRY AND SEE IF YOU COULD DO AN EARLIER ADR AT O'HANA OR A DIFFERENT NIGHT. WHEN MY WIFE AND I GO THE 1ST DAY EVEN GETTING A LATE-MORNING/EARLY AFTERNOON FLIGHT AND LEAVING OUR HOUSE AT AROUND 8 AM WE ARE WIPED OUT BY ABOUT 9-10. WHAT WE DO IS USUALLY GET AN EARLY ADR LIKE BETWEEN 5-6 AT A PLACE WHERE WE MIGHT NOT GET BACK TO /HARDER TO GET TOO(DOING WHISPERING CANYON CAFE THIS TIME) THEN GO TO DTD AND ARE BACK TO ROOM AROUND 10. THAT GIVES US A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP TO BE READY TO GO FOR NEXT DAY AND REST OF TRIP. PERSONALLY I DON'T WANT TO BE "OUT OF IT FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS" BECUASE OF PUSHING IT THE 1ST DAY AND HAVE MY BODY TRYING TO PLAY CATCH-UP WITH REST/SLEEP. THAT BEING SAID YOU KNOW HOW YOU AND YOUR FAMILY ARE, SO IF YOU FEEL IT WON'T BE A PROBLEM GO AND HAVE A GREAT TIME! :moped:

Jennifer, I know. My son, got to pick two places, and of course. He picked these two Fultons, and Ohana. There is no room for these places in our plans. On another day. But, this is how I am looking at it. At fultons, we will have only the cold seafood platter, and the rock shrimp, and share. Then at ohanas the buffet. I think it may work. But then again I dont know. Especially with all the running around. From airport,Pop,then DTD to MK, Then Poly. Seems like alot in one day. But then again. I guess it can be done. :confused3

Stoud ,you are right! I will be leaving at around 6am. I think i may take off ohana. Especially since seeing the posts about the raw turkey, and uncooked steak, there. Well, thanks everyone for making my decision. :thumbsup2
