Is this this guy from Soarin' pre ride show?

Ok I am watching the show RULES of Engagement for the first time... at cbs.com you can see all the episodes. David Spade is on it love him!

Anyway, the guy Jeff, actor Partick Warburton is making me think of the pre movie to Soarin' the guy is cracking me up! Is this the same guy?? Anyone know?

But if you want to see him, you can catch him on reruns of Seinfeld...he played David Putty, one of Elaine's boyfriends, and comes up pretty frequently in the show.

Everytime I see that Soarin' pre-show, I think, "Putty!"

His name is Partick Warburton, he is on the show but I don't watch so I don't know what character he plays. I just looked it up and he plays Jeff. He is also they voice of Kronk and several others. He's everywhere.

Yes, it's the same guy (Partick Warburton) in both Soarin and Rules of Engagement. I think it's great Spade and Warburton got back together after the Groove movies. They play well off each other.

Don't agree with this at all. Overused, well, yeah he's around quite a bit but overrated? No way........his monotone delivery is one of a kind.
This is a very funny show and a great part for him. DH and I are loving seeing him on the tube again!

Patrick Warburton is amazing. I loved him when he played the live action version of the Tick and he's great as Brock Sampson in The Venture Brothers.

He's "overused" because he's good at what he does. Around here we hear him on Horizon Air radio commercials opposite Richard Kind (Spin City). Great pairing of opposites. The Kronk's New Groove sequel is good better because Kronk gets more monotone time. As Putty would say, "Good Stuff!"

He does an excellent job doing the voice of Buzz Lightyear on the cartoon. Of course everytime I hear him, I immediately think of Buzz!

He's overrated, because it's always the same voice. Yes, he does a good monotone, dull guy voice, but if he was a real voice actor, like Mel Blanc or June Foray, he'd be much more interesting. Now, you can pick him out eeeevery time. Puddy=Kronk=Buzz

If you want to be like that, this guy has a pretty interesting career. He basically goes around doing Eddie Murphy when they can't get Eddie Murphy. Talk about a one trick pony.

I first remember seeing Partick Warburton on "Dave's World" I think it was called. It was supposed to be a show about Dave Barry's life. Everytime I see him I think of Dave's World.
