Just saw this and clicked on it:

It brought me to a page talking about packages for Value Resorts with dates in 2012.
Can't tell if the package with the dining option is the free dining or not?

Those are full priced packages.

I believe those dates are just the times when you can get the quoted prices. The prices are likely different on other dates. Disney would not be that subtle, nor would they hide free dining like that.
