Is this the correct kind of shoe holder?

We'll be on the Wonder in a couple weeks, and my DD has a lot of toiletries! Will this kind work?

It has hooks. You can't use that because it messes up the doors.

I used that kind but bought suction cups with hooks to hang it on the wall. And if you have a Walmart or Target nearby, they are much cheaper than Amazon.

OP I have one just like that and hung it on the bar in the closet and also have a short one we hang on the towel rack in the restroom. Only place we cant hang this one is on the doors as the hooks could damage the door

I got that same one and it worked great. I just replaced the hooks with pipe cleaners. I tied them on to the two clothes hook that are on the wall right outside the bathroom. It worked like charm. Because I figured just like your daughter I needed a place for all my toiletries but by the end of the trip my entire family was using it. It became an easy way to organize the room, key cards, watches, glasses, Hair ties. Anything that usually ended up with "have you seen my......" always ended up in the shoe organizer.

All of the walls are metal and heavy magnetic hooks would work.

I use one very similar to that but I took the hooks off and used zip ties to tie it to a plastic hanger. I then hang it on one of the hooks by the closet. Works great and is very accessible to get to items without taking up room in closet.
