Is this still a plan?

Hi There,

We are a group of 5 that will be at DLR 16-20 November.
When we came back in Oct 2013 for Halloween and went to California adventure we lined up first thing in the morning for a fast past for RSR. Is that still happening, I think we waited in that line for about 30 mins last time after rope drop?

Just want to plan that morning so one of us can join that line while another runs up to get the passes for WOC or what ever the evening show will be.

Thanks

There is no line before park opening for RSR or the FP. There is a large crowd of people waiting in that general area. When the park opens several CM walk the rope all the way back to Carsland where the queue begins for RSR. At that time you could stay to the left and get a FP for the ride or stay to the right and follow the throng of people heading to the ride.

We prefer to ride Toy Story first. Then we walk back to the FP machines and get FPs for RSR. It's usually only a few hours until our FP window opens.

If we go first to RSR will we still be able to get Fast passes to WOC, how long till they normally run out?

Watch the app for return times being handed out. It's a big help.

We got FPs for RSR one day last week and there was nobody in line when we got our 4:50 fastpasses late morning. And yes, it was an awesome day to be in the parks, with much lower crowds than the first few days of our trip.
