Is this something I should even try?

We are going to try to get from Port Canaveral to MCO, then catch a cab to our hotel across the street from USF, head to US till it closes(at 8:30pm on a Thurs in mid Sept). The next day we plan to spend all day at IOA. I want to buy a two day one park ticket. We have been before but not since Simpsons and WWoHP. Is this doable? I need advice before I buy and print our tickets. Thanks, Teri.

What time do you expect to reach your hotel?

You can see some things at the Studios of course but I wouldn't expect to see a whole lot depending on what time it is when you get there. We had a 3 day pass and headed for Universal after we picked up our rental car. We just couldn't wait! We didn't get there until a little after 6 and the parks closed at 9 but we had two other days so just spent the time wandering around and seeing a few less popular attractions.

It depends on when you're arriving at the park. If you aren't able to get over to the Studios before say 6pm, I wouldn't waste a day at the Studios...just head to IOA the next day. You could then purchase the two park one day ticket but the Studios closes at 5pm on Friday since it's opening night of HHN.
