Hello everyone

We are going to WDw next year (im sure most of you know this by now! :teeth: )

I was hoping (though unlikely) to go fly out PE with Virgin thpugh booked with Thomas Cook Signature and have been told that I cant upgrade yet and have to wait until September to do this?

Why is this? :confused3

How bizzare. I would of thought you could upgrade. I know you cant book your seats until September, but surely you can still upgrade I would question this :confused3

Flights aren't physically bookable until 360 days before travel - as a result they can't say 100% yes to an upgrade in case that particular flight doesn't have that particular cabin class. It's playing safe basically in case Virgin releases that flight with a different plane.

I thought it was 336 days? :confused3

*ahem*

my bad! I've got so many numbers buzzing round.........

360 was the number on an order i was processing at the time.... looks like i put 336 on the invoice - swapped them round :teeth:

I had this with Virgin holidays they advertise it in their brouchure but have limited allocated upgrade seats, so when i wanted to book upper class i had to wait until the VIRGIN ATLANTIC site came out with the flights and then they upgraded them. You would think they could talk to each other.
