And...People in Colorado will look at you funny if you fold your slice. Problem is, most of the pizza here isn't big enough to fold!

Blot at home, Drip in public. I don't like to draw attention- to my food at least. Then I add oregano and red pepper flakes, and garlic if I'm not going to be in public. Mmmm.

Denino's in Staten Island- pizza and malibu bay breezes. This is the best way to celebrate the beginning of summer.

OP, I would have been pretty ticked if I had not ordered thin crust. That looks worse than cardboard!

If you think that is not big enough to fold then I can't help you....lol

Believe me, I have tried every place claiming "NY Style Pizza" including Anthony's. I admit, it is good pizza, but it isn't as good as NY/NJ pizza. Maybe its the altitude.

I have also tried Beau Jo's; I love Beau Jo's. The crust is big enough that you eat it separately with honey. How do you fold a crust like that?

That is all I will say on the topic as I don't want to hijack this thread...
