Yes, I have. My BIL wanted a discontinued Christmas ornament they had in stock, so I bought it as a gift. It was the genuine item. I had no issues with the transaction and the ornament arrived in perfect condition.

Yes. I ordered a WDW magnet from 2015 (we missed getting one that year) and it was offical and still had the WDW tag on the back. They are great to deal with.

I think they go into the park to get the things you order. Though I might be thinking of another store. You can request things from them, I have done it.
