Wow...not even close is right! So it seems there are 6 shops, 3 rides and 1 restaurant. Good to know.

That isn't even the WWoHP. It has Diagon Alley. Wizarding World does not have Diagon Alley. I think that must be someone's fantasy theme park.

If you click on the Fly Home button, you can see what it is. One page shows that that page was last updated in '03, so the people seem to have been working on it for awhile. In the Intro section they write "Anyway, we hope you enjoy touring our little theme park as much as we've enjoyed building it."

Seems like they had fun!
