Well today is the start of a new week. Today I made a turkey for our house, mostly because I really really like the leftovers. lol The kids and hubby had mashed potatoes and gravy, but I was good and skipped it. I made homemade cranberry relish today that was really good and I also made homemade mayo for the first time ever. It was so easy! And it tasted good too! I stuck to paleo foods all day today other than tasting my hubby's gravy (less than a tsp) because he was raving about it. I don't feel that my diet was so bad over the holiday that I will see a gain, but if I do, oh well.
Hubby went off track and now wants nothing more to do with paleo anything. It will be interesting to see how that works out at dinner because he is the one that does most of the cooking since I get home so late.
Oh well I will try to contribute some slow cooker meals to the mix so that I have some control.

He's been offended before because he did stuff like that and I either didn't eat it or ate less. It will work out one way or another.

So even relaxing and eating on Thanksgiving, I did fine. I did break down last night and have a big bowl of cereal.
Don't forget, it wasn't long ago that you were at a 9 minute pace. You have come so far! You can do it. Patience grasshopper.
.) But amping up regular cardio work that's less than a 2-3 hour run seems to suppress my appetite. Combined with the new diet, you may have to figure out a new routine or new foods. How are things going with dinner?
