Is this Purse sold at DLR?

I saw someone with an adorable pumpkin Jack O'Lantern Purse that looked somewhat Jack Skellingtonish. She walked by too quickly for me to ask where she purchased it but I did not find it at the store near the Pirates of the Carribean. I thought I'd see if anyone else knew if this is a Disney purse and if so which store I can buy it at. The closest I could do was find a photo on pinterest that leads no where, so I cannot find the maker in the case that it is not Disney.
