Is this possible?

Six months after returning from our first trip to Disney and as I am still dreaming of going back I have decided to start planning a 3 week trip in January 2006.

I want to buy annual passes to get a discount on on-site accomodation. I've read loads of threads on these forums but still can't figure out if it is possible to buy AP's now at this years rates and then exchange the paper voucher for the passes in Jan 06. Can anyone help? Do I need to wait nearer the time to buy them?

I brought my AP at the beginning of the year and I won't be exchanging them until either May or October next year.

As far as I am aware you can exchange them at any time
