we have an 1100 am t-rex reservation on Oct 31 and we have to be Magic Kingdom at 330 for BBB reservation will we make it in time

It's more running around than I would want to do, but it is definitely possible.

You should have no problem making it on time. If i becomes really close just grab an Uber. Otherwise After eating take a bus to the Contemporary and walk or any Magic Kingdom area bus that comes first.

Yeah, you should be fine. As Tiki Sean said, take the resort bus to the Contemporary then walk over or ride the Monorail Resort Loop if you have the time.
