Hey girls! I got an email from Brandye.A.Lamas. It said congrats and blah blah blah and they told me about the wish book and sent me all the food packages and documents.

They also sent me a confirmation for our planning session in September. SO I am assuming this is my planner. If any of you had this person let me know what you thought. Thank you!!


Oh yeah one more thing.I don't like any of the food on the menus they sent me,a couple things are okay but most of it I never heard of so am I allowed to pick other things that I like from Disney world. I am leaning towards a buffet since the reception is early(1 pm). There were only like 3 menus for the 12 noon ceremony times and I really don't like any of them.

Brandye is the assistant to the wedding planner I have, Maxine Pollakis. Both have been so helpful and great to work with! Brandye's contact info mentions that she is the assistant to Maxine and Karen Heyn...so, I would think that you would be having one of them as your planner. As far as the menu choices, I would definitely ask about other possibilities and I'm sure they will be able to help you. Best wishes and let us know what happens!

Don't worry too much about not liking the menus they sent you. I came up with my own completely customized buffet. The chefs can price any menu you design.

You can customize the menus. Sometimes there are additional charges if they had to bring in ingrediants to the location. For example, we wanted the beef and barley soup b/c I remember it from being a kid eating it in the castle. There would have been a significant charge for the CG to bring in the ingrediants. We decided against it.
