The basic equation of weight loss is calories in must be less than calories out in order to lose.
But, if you are more fit than soneone else you burn those calories a bit differently so my answer would be:

If you increase the activity level and do not increase the eating, then I'd say it would be a good guess figure. The key is to increase activity level and not trade it as in one activity for another. For example I walked today so I can nap for the remainder of the day when that is not your normal routine.
