Is this normal - made a payment and still not showing on credit card

Hi. I made a payment last week on Thursday on my package, and it is still showing as "pending" on my credit card. I am using a cashback card and it's messing up my usage and balance/credit available. Has anyone else had it take this long for a payment to be charged?

Mine always showed right away in the pending section and then posted a couple days later. Which card did you use?

Thanks. Yes it's pending, it's a Visa through my bank.

If mine is pending, it's deducted from my available balance, but that's my card, so not really a help to you. My payment shows pending for a day or two, then posts.

Although, they charged my card 3 times this month when I made my payment! Luckily I have plenty of money on that credit card and each month I make the payment, I pay it right back from our checking account. So the next two months I won't make a payment on the package and just pay my credit card that amount (since they already got my money ahead of time!) But that was an unfortunate glitch!!!
