Is this math right for a ticket upgrade??

I am purchasing a 5-day ticket on UT for $524 each(incl tax) and I want to upgrade to a Gold DVC AP at a cost of $744 (incl tax).
The online price for this 5-day ticket is $569 (incl tax). UT says gate price is $589 (incl tax)
Would my upgrade price be $174 or $154?? I'm trying to decide if it's worth it to buy the UT tickets first. (It would be for 3 people)

I just want to be prepared.

Gate pricing is higher than online pricing. The following is from mousesavers.com:

Tickets of 3 days or longer purchased at the gate are $21.30 more than the same tickets purchased in advance.

BTW, if you intend to (for sure) UPGRADE the ticket from UT,
it can save you money to buy a larger (more days) ticket from UT.
Usually a greater savings on a larger ticket.
