I signed up for DME online, gave all my info, and got a confirmation email from DME.

Then, today, I receive this email from "DME".

Dear Sara,

Please be advised we would not be able to process your Disney

Magical Express due to this web site is for our Wholesale

Partners. Please call 1 407 934 7639 and one of our agents will be

gladly to add your Disney Magical Express to your reservation.

Thank you,
Flerry

Now, I'm wondering if I should call or if this is some type of scam. The grammar is atrocious and I already received a confirmation email a couple days ago.

What would you do?? :confused3

Yes it is. I got it when I mistakenly used the website that someone listed as a good one to use. It was for travel agents. You need to double check that everything was received correctly. Are you staying through DVC or CRO? Because I'm DVC and used the wrong one and had to go to the DVC site to use a different one.

Well, according to the email I received a couple days ago, all the info was correct. :)

And no, we aren't staying through DVC or CRO...just POR. ;) LOL

So, I need to call this number and verify everything is correct?

I would call just to certain they have your info, if you are uncomfortable calling the number in the e-mail I would simply call Disney Travel, their number is (407) 939-7675 and go through them.

From my ME booklet to verify the information is correct call 866-599-0951.
If I were you I would call that number not the one in the questionable email.

Thanks everyone!

I think I'm going to call the 866 number, just to be safe. :)

FYI, CRO stands for the Central Reservations Office. DVC is Disney Vacation Club. You are booked through CRO if you are staying at POR.

Have a great trip!

Duh!! *slaps forehead* I knew what DVC was, but I wasn't sure about CRO, so I just guessed it was something similiar.

Thanks for the correction! :lmao:
