Is this just a random thing? (I’ll explain in the text)

So in 2017 when my family went to WDW, we stayed in the Grand Floridian. One day when we were going to the monorail I saw Lady Tremaine and the Fairy Godmother downstairs in the lobby area meeting with guests. Does this always happen because I’ve never heard of them meeting there?

I was just under the impression that there might’ve been a show or something with the Cinderella characters.

Not uncommon as 1900 Park Fare's character dinner features the characters from Cinderella.

Yeah perhaps they stopped for photos on the way, although Fairy Godmother doesn’t appear at 1900 Park Fare, so her appearance is odd.

Is it possible one of the stepsisters was ill so FG came in her place?

Idk, but I have heard I think there is a daily Cinderella show downstairs so she might’ve been apart of it.

But it’s (FG and Lady Tremaine) an odd character pairing IMO, they never really interacted in the films aside from the end of Cinderella III.

Agree about it being odd. Unless they were just walking together to get where they were going. But definitely weird.
