WAKE UP!!! SORRY TO BORE YOU GUYS BUT VIEWS AND OPINIONS WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED. JUST A FEW FACTS, WE ARE PARTY OF 3, ME, DH AND DD AGE 18 MONTHS.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH IN ADVANCE!

CHEERS TO ALL!

(GETTING REALLY EXCITED NOW AS THIS IS MY BIRTHDAY TREAT)

You sound just like me, an itinerary planned with regimental precision :rotfl:
which usually goes straight out of the window the moment we arrive in the parks.:confused3

I think the itinerary sounds do-able but tiring, which isn't a bad thing when you've got a little one, as you'll will be heading back to the hotel early anyway.

Day 2
I'd probably plan to stay in the park until closing which is 6.00pm I think, that way you should get to do all those rides in Fantasyland and you'll get to wave Goodbye to Mickey at the station. I find it takes up a surprising amount of time to get around the attractions, even when the park is quiet, time just flies by.
Meet and greets - can be time consuming, especially if you're after photographs.

Can't comment on Day 3 - sorry we've never been able to drag ourselves out of the parks.

Day 4 sounds good and hopefully you'll have time to do any favourite rides again. Make use of the Fastpasses and I'm sure you'll fit everything in.:goodvibes

Can't help with the TGV, I'm afraid - but I hope you have a wonderful trip and a birthday to remember.:goodvibes

I thought I was missing a day as it jumps from 3 to 5 ;)

Personally with a little one and luggage I'd not be keen on the TGV nor would I waste time in CDG :) I would jump on the first available shuttle and then transfer on to the pink shuttle to Dream castle :)

I agree about giving yourself more time in Fantasyland in the afternoon. Queues can build, or your DD may find something that she likes to do better than ride the rides!

Re your day in Paris - I am a fan of the Grayline Hop on/Hop off tour for those who are in Paris first time, or don't have much time. The total main tour takes about 1.5-2 hours, and the optional tours to other areas take about 1 hour each (doesn't include the hop off part!)

Sounds like you have been reading a lot of threads - I like to recommend the RER to Auber Station. Besides being close to the Grayline headquarters, the station is by Galleries Lafayette so you can stock up on items (the food hall is right above the RER station entrance ;) )

With the hop on/hop off, you can get off at the first Champs Elysees stop, walk to the Arc de Triomphe, and get back on the bus. Or make that your final ending place, and take the RER back to DLRP from CDG-Etoile stop at Arc de Triomphe.

And good for you - you saw the info about mobilis being cheaper than Paris Visite!!!

about the TGV - it's your call if you want to take the navette if you are landing in T-2.

I would only do the tea break in the station if you have time to wait for your train; otherwise I would just take the train and do the tea break either at the terminus or at your hotel.

But I do like to freshen up after a flight, although my flights to CDG are a little longer than yours!

When you take the TGV, there is almost no point to take your assigned seat. I just put my luggage on board and wait in the entry way, unless there are a lot of people. Ten minutes goes by very quickly.

And if you have never taken the TGV before, it is a bit startling to see Space Mountain rising up out of the French countryside!

I've been watching the visit Paris posts a lot too so wll be interested to see how you go as we are planning to do it this year.

We went at a quiet time of year and managed Fantasyland in a couple of hours.

I'd agree wit Jill though Character meets take up time that you don't consider but they are definitely worthwhile:goodvibes and give lovely memories to look back on.
