Is this flight nearly full?

I've seen in previous posts that a kind gentleman has given information on the 'fullness' of flights. I wonder if he has any info on the 1.30 flight from manchester to orlando on thurday 30th with return on monday 16 nov.
I've been online to pick my seat on the outward flight but there is only 1 seat showing in economy - a middle seat - so I don't know whether to wait till check in to see if there's something better.
