On our last day, our flight leaves at 2:15. I'm assuming ME will pick us up at 11, so we would need to be ready by 10:45. This is in August.

We are planning to check out, leave our carry on bags with bell services (check bags with airlines) do breakfast at 8:15 at CP, meet Anna And Elsa (would try to get a 9-10 FP for this). I'm thinking we would be able to leave MK by 930 am.

It is... if nothing goes wrong.

I'd not tell anyone who might be disappointed about the Anna and Elsa meet, just in case something should go wrong.
Just treat the morning as a CP breakfast, then see how everything goes.
