I don't think that would be cutting it too close. That gives you an hour and 40 minutes. I'm not sure how long Spectromagic is but it can't be more than 45 minutes, then just hop the monorail right to the Poly. You should be all set.
I've done it in less time. We watched Spectro at the very front of the park and then ran for the monorail as soon as it ended. I'm not sure I could repeat that but you could do it in the time you have. Good luck.
Yeah, I agree with these posters, watch from the front of the park at main street and then go hop the monorail, should have plenty of time! Have a great dinner!
This is good to know, but is this always the case? I know we had a breakfast at O'hana's at the latest time of 10:55 and got there just after 11am and they turned us away. Wasn't too surprised then, but with 20 min courtesy period, was it just because we were last maybe? Hmmm, probably so I guess.

Yes, it's likely that any 'courtesy period' is negated by the restaurant's service ending time. If it closes at 11, and you are twenty minutes late for a 10:55 reservation, well, the restaurant is closed.

Yeah, I could see that if they actually closed. But, we were only 5 minutes late to O'hana's character breakfast. We ended up booking another adr at the restaurant for a few days later and it was really great, one of our favorites! But, we did notice on the day we did go, that breakfast went till after noon, with food still being brought out for some tables then. So looking back I'm not sure why they couldn't seat us 5 minutes later than our ressie, especially being that there were only 2 of us. I actually didn't realize the courtesy period, and it's not good to rely on that even if you know about it, but 5 minutes certainly should be managable for restaurant if the party size is small, especially the way they kept serving there. Well, anyway now I'm hungry for that yummy breakfast! Andk sorry to be so OT!
One year we watched Spectro (from the end of Main Street near the train station) and took the monorail after to the Concourse Steakhouse for an 8:10pm reservation - so no problem.
Also, if it's there, you can also take the boat across. It might be less crowded after Spectro if there are tons of people leaving the park after the parade.
