is this bag good for disney do you think?

i need a bag for disney and was thinking about the vera bradley normal tote bag. heres the link.

im 15. what do you think. do you thinkit will work or is it not good? any other suggestions?

I think the VB Tote is too big for a park bag, unless you feel you'll need to carry something as large as a towel or extra clothes, plus I don't like having double handles on a bag that I'm going to be shifting around all day. I bought a Kipling Lancelot for our trip a few weeks ago and it was the PERFECT park bag.......there were compartments for everything, it was very secure, cross-body, lightweight, not prone to getting wet or stained. Plus I got a good deal on it on Ebay! I will definitely use it again and again!

For your age, I would think a small backpack or small cross body bag would be best. Do you carry a backpack for school? If you do, then you're probably used to carrying one. But use a smaller one, or one of those with the small straps that pull closed. Walmart has some great bags with long straps to wear cross body.

Another good option would be the Vera Bradley Hipster or Mini Hipster. They can go over the shoulder or cross body.

I like the tote.

I have a similar one - also Vera Bradley, but it has a zipper to close the top.

I also have a Disney World tote bag that closes with a zipper.

Yes, they are bigger than the bags most are suggesting, but they are lightweight and I find that I like to have that extra room in my bag rather than stuffing things in. Also, you never know when you may purchase something and this way you can just toss it in your bag.

I'm guilty of being an overpacker so I'm probably carrying more stuff than many others would.

What about having both a tote and a smaller bag so you can change them depending on the plans for the day?

If you are wanting a Vera Bradley bag, my wife says the back sack would work really well and seems to be the teenagers bag of choice at DW. If you go on-line you can get a discontinued fabric at a pretty good discount.

The VB backpack would be better. It zips so your stuff will be safe from spilling out on fast rides and secure from possible theft.

I find that the bigger the tote, the more I put in. By the end of the day, my shoulders hurt.

If you purchase something in the park during the day, you can have it sent to the front gate to pick up when you leave. Or in you are staying on site, have it shipped to your hotel room.
