Is this allowed? Togo question

Thought I would come to the DP experts to try to find an answer to this.

We are heading down to WDW next Wednesday Due to a previous work trip, DH won't be travelling with us, but arriving later that evening. We have an ADR at WCC at 8:00pm that night; it will be 2 adults, 1 child and 2 under 3. However, DH won't be on property until around 9pm at the earliest. Is it possible to use his TS credit at dinner and have the CM box up his dinner to take back to the room? Our KTTW card will list 3 adult and 1 child on the DP. I'm sure if I could that I would have to order something other than the skillet for him. We're just worried b/c if we can't use his TS credit for that dinner, we'll end up not using it at all.

I know CMs have been known to box up desserts, but don't know if anyone has had any experience with something like this. TIA for any and all info!

Depends on the location and your server. Some are happy to help and some can't help because the facility does not have the boxes necessary to create the meal as take out. If they do not I'd suggest heading to the CS place at WL and choosing something from there to go.

We've taken things out from Whispering canyon...

just want to double check.... you do know that you will not "lose" that table service credit..right? You accrue credits per night, but you don't have to use them that day...

I wouldn't be surprised if he wasn't able to meet you there..? In our experience we've had to wait about :15min or so to be seated.. Any chance trying to push it back to 8:30 or so? by the time you'd get seated & order maybe he'd be there?

Sorry, what I meant by "lose" the credit, was that we don't have any other time to use it on our trip--we'd end up with 1 TS credit leftover. I wish I could try to push the dinner back later--but with 3 kids under 5, we might have a mutiny on our hands
