Is this ADR pushing it

On my last day in Disney we have a 7 PM flight out. It's early hours at Epcot so we figured we'd head by there and hit up our favorites, then we planned to go to MK and do our favorites. We have ADRs at LTT for lunch but with the menu changes, I'm not sure if the Salmon dish is still there, that I want to order. I was thinking now that Yak and Yeti is open, and taking DDP, I think we should go to AK and eat there for lunch. What time should work? 12? 1? Or is this crazy? BTW we're two 23 year olds so running aorund is something we totally can do.

I think that would be fine. If you are taking Magical Express you will be picked up around 4:00-4:15, so you would need to be back at the hotel by about 3:30. I would make the lunch earlier rather than later.
