Has anyone received an email like this from Disney? I'm afraid to click on the link in case it's a scam since it doesn't come directly from Disney.

Thank you in advance for your participation. We look forward to hearing from you!

I doubt it is a "scam" as such. Bayasoft and MaPS are online survey and analytic companies. These domains are genuine. This doesn't mean the survey was actually commissioned by Disney. I would have to see the email header to say one way or the other.

We received a similar notice after our last cruise. I was skeptical at first but after contacting Disney it turns out they are now completely outsourcing their surveys.

After doing a survey about her honeymoon, my daughter received that same one too.

Funny thing is after I posted this I went back to fill out the survey and they told me I didn't qualify. Lol. They sent me 3 emails about filling it out!

I had the same with the Universal AP holder one this week!

We went to WDW recently, and after filling out a survey, we got one of these emails.

We've gotten an email like that after every WDW visit. In fact, we even got one after we popped into the the GF for lunch...so it's like the mere act of booking anything on site can trigger the survey.
