I always thought the busses ran an hour before park opening, but I'm watching resort TV right now and it says busses start running 45 minutes before park open. That's a pretty big deal as from some resorts you might not get there until 15 minutes before open ( in that case some parks will already be letting in).

Buses start running intermittently around 6:30am. Earlier when a park has 7am EMH (which is rare). The 'hour before opening' has never been correct.

I was on the bus at 6:45am yesterday to the MK. When we got there, my friends were already there. They caught the earlier bus.

Looks like the info on the resort TV is as reliable as the info you get over the phone. Good to know.

Bus timing is frequently reported incorrectly. I can't tell you how many times we are waiting at 7:15 AM for an EMH park only to see buses for 9:00 AM parks pull up before ours arrives.

For whatever reason Disney doesn't "advertise" that buses start early for ADRs and Tours.

They are in the long process of being installed.

They stuck the one at POR there due to all the whining I'll bet. We never had a problem at South Depot.

GF and AKL Kidani have them... I think GF was the latest to get them ( I could be wrong).

GF has had them for a couple of years now and before they had them they had a person standing there that would give you the same information- at least they did 5 years ago when we were on our 10th Anniversary trip.

We loved having that screen at the South Depot at POR during our Nov 2013 trip. It was very accurate and gave us a better idea of how long we would be waiting for the next bus. Good to see they are installing them at all pf the resorts soon. But the times I have had early adrs, I was able to get on a bus at 6:30am with no problem.

The one at AKV was totally wrong when we were there in June. When we got to the bus stop the time said a bus would arrive about five minute after we got there. It continued to change to a later time in 1-2 minute increments while we were waiting. We waited well over a 1/2 hour before a MK bus finally showed up.

Boardwalk had them when we were there two weeks ago but they have not yet arrived at CSR.
