Is this a good price for tickets?

We aren't planning on going to WDW for another 2 years and it was 2007 when we were there last. There's a new program at work and was wondering if these are good prices:

What is being offered is a seven day hopper at a $16 discount from Gate or a seven day hopper with WPF&M at a discount of $26 from gate (for adult pricing). Does this price include the 6.5% sales tax? Many resellers will add the sales tax at checkout and not earlier.

There is no such thing as "free" days; it is marketing hype. Disney does sell tickets to wholesalers at a discounted price. They are allowed to set their own prices.
