I would like to buy DVC points. I found a 25 point OKW contract for sale for $1,500.00. I'm thinking this a good deal. Am I right? TIA

Seems low priced. Not sure if it will make it through ROFR. you might want to check that thread to see the going $ that have passed.

At $60 a point, it probably will not pass. Disney usually scoops up small contracts at low prices.

As noted, it may not go through. Even if it does, the closing costs will add a significant amount to the closing. I'd only do this if you're going to be set with the 25 point contract for a while.

Just FYI,
Disney just exercised ROFR for our offer of $67 per point on an 80 point contract at OKW.
Sometimes things are TOO good to be true!

About 3 months ago, we passed ROFR on a 25 Point OKW contract at $1700.00 or $70.00 a point.
