Is this a better plan than my original itinerary?

Original was:

Sun 11/5: arrive mid afternoon/visit MK with PM EMH
Mon 11/6: AK with AM EMH
Tue 11/7: Epcot AM EMH
Wed: nothing planned but dinner and Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique
Thu 11/9: MGM
Fri 11/10: Epcot w/ PM EMH
Sat 11/11: last day - visit MK

New plan?

Sun 11/5: same - arrive mid afternoon/visit MK w/ PM EMH
Mon 11/6: MGM (PM EMH but according to Unofficial Guide - good day)
Tue 11/7: MK again to see what we missed?
Wed 11/8: same - no definite plans but dinner and boutique
Thu 11/9: Epcot
Fri 11/10: AK
Sat 11/11: Either Epcot or MK depending on what we did Wed and what the girls want to do.

We're a family of 5 - DH and I have been to parks before (at least 10 years ago though) 3 DDs' first trip at ages 9, 7, and 7. We're staying at POR. May upgrade to park hoppers once we arrive, depends on if we feel we need them....

I wouldn't visit so many parks with EMH. It's just tooooo crowded! Also, your going to be extremely tired if you go to EMH evenings, and then EMH mornings the very next day. Other than that, it looks good, but I would put MK toward the end of the trip since its the best.

Yaaay! Our family will be at POR with another family of 5 the same days you are there. I've been working on our schedule for months and here is what I currently have, but may still change:

5 Animal Kingdom/Magic Kingdom later
6 Magic Kingdom
7 MGM
8 MGM
9 Animal Kingdom/MGM
10 Disney Quest/Downtown Disney
11 EPCOT

My criteria for chosing a park was the following:
1) I looked at overall crowd levels and wanted to avoid the parks altogether on the heaviest day which was the 10th.
2) I looked at which parks had EMH and tried to avoid parks on that day or just plan to go to that park for the EMH and decide if we want to stay after we get there.
3) I read somewhere here that it's good to go to a park the day after it has had evening EMH, so I worked that in as much as possible also.
4) Keep in mind that if you want to see Fantasmic, you will only have from the 9th, 10th, or 11th because it will be under refurbishment until the 8th. We're making a special trip over to MGM on the 9th to see it.
