Is this a better deal? What is the catch on the AP?

We purchased the 7 day 2 park pass for $95 online to use on our trip in a couple of weeks. I just went online and saw a 2009 season pass for $99. What is the catch? Can we upgrade to the season pass even if it is only $5 more?

Thanks

Yes, I think that's it. I was looking at the main ticket area of the website and it didn't say anything about Fl & Ga residents until you clicked on it. Thanks

power passes have some restrictions. some black out dates involved.
no discounts are available with that pass and no free parking in the garage.

the preferred and premier passes cost more and are valid for discounts and parking besides other perks.

Also...the Season Pass is only good through 12/19/09 and has more blackout dates than the Power Pass.

There was a discussion about this a while back, as some AAA offices were selling these and there did not appear to be the FL or GA resident requirement if you the bought the pass at a AAA office. I think some even said that there were some AAA offices outside of FL or GA selling them. However, if you are looking to upgrade to this pass - I believe that will hve to be done at the parks and you would probably need to show you are a FL or GA resident.

Publix had the $99 passes; you're supposed to buy a Coke product, but they didn't actually check when I bought one for my nephew. It's only good till 12/19 and has the more frequent blackout dates, but it didn't seem to be too bad of a deal.

Is there any way to get one of these passes (at $99.99) if you are not a FL resident ?

Thanks
Daniel

AAA seems to be selling them. My only concern would be if you only get a voucher from AAA - does that then mean you have to show a residency requirement when trading in for an actual ticket??? Or does AAA actually mail the ticket? There's another thread on here discussing the AAA ticket.
