This is a long shot but i have been though the text book and I have googled it I even went on the afaa Facebook page

I cant find the definitions of the different fats to complete a work sheet

Lipids
Fatty acids
Triglyceride
Phospholipid
Low density lipoprotein
Saturated fat
Unsaturated fat
Polyunsaturated fat

My biochem knowledge is extremely limited but aren't Triglycerides and Phospholipids considered saturated or unsaturated fat depending on the presence of some double bond thingy with their Carbon molecules?
What is the afaa?

Taken from dictionary.com:

Lipids: any of a group of organic compounds that are greasy to the touch, insoluble in water, and soluble in alcohol and ether: lipids comprise the fats and other esters with analogous properties and constitute, with proteins and carbohydrates, the chief structural components of living cells.

Fatty acids: Molecules that are long chains of lipid-carboxylic acid found in fats and oils and in cell membranes as a component of phospholipids and glycolipids. (Carboxylic acid is an organic acid containing the functional group -COOH.) Fatty acids come from animal and vegetable fats and oils.

I just put the words into Google
