Is there or will there be a height restriction on Mission Space?

We're planning on going down in nov. or dec. Will have 7 and 4 yo and 7 mo. We like to do rides in which everyone can participate.:D

I believe I read on another thread here that the height for MS was 44". I'm not completely sure, but I wanted to keep this topic close to the top for you so you can get an accurate answer. :D

We like to do rides where everyone can participate, too. We have a short 3 yo and a 1 yo. We found lots of things that the family could go on together in every park but AK.

I know several people have done preview rides of Mission Space. I didn't even attempt it when I was there because DH and I both get motion sickness from rides that spin around fast like that. I have read several posts that MS is not for people like us, and I definitely wouldn't want to chance it with the 3 yo, even if he was tall enough.

I heard 44 inches too. I am glad because DD6 just makes 44 inches now. He should be a little over by Nov.

Mission Space is a very intense ride. I wouldn't recommend that anyone with small children, even those who are tall enough, allow them to ride without riding it first themselves. Adults walked off wobbly!

The height requirement IS 44". My DD, age 6, rode it this past Saturday and loved it. She's also a big fan of ToT and many other thrill rides. I however had to take it a little slow for about an hour after the ride. We go back in December and I haven't decided yet if I'll ride it again.
