About every third click, I get something like this.

BTW, I changed my email to a new account for this name. I don't remember if I have logged on as someone else at one time. I don't think so, but I'm not sure.

Is there anyway to find out if I did?

There is no way that we can determine if you had other user names or not. As long as your current account is unique, you should be fine.

The blank page/forbidden access is being worked on.
