Is there good steak at Disney?

There may be some value to rankings. My husband, the steak guy (this is from memory). Note that we are food snobs of the "Ruth's Chris serves a pretty good steak, Outback isn't a bad place to take the kids to on Friday night for a good value" sort.

We love Le Cellier and the Yachtsman The Crew Cup Lounge attached to the Yachtsman is a great place if you arrive early: nice atmosphere & comfortable place to wait, beef locker located here with big glass windows.

I am a meat and potatoes girl. I've had steak at Coral Reef, Le Cellier, Artist Point, Flying Fish, Concourse Steakhouse, Turf Club, California Grill, Fulton's Crab House, and Yachtsman Steakhouse. I've eaten at Le Cellier, Artist Point, Concourse, and Yachtsman several times. Le Cellier and Concourse were spotty in service and quality of the steak. Sometimes fine, sometimes less than fine. Artist Point was good and always cooked how I like it, but Yachtsman was hands-down the best steak I've had on property. Good meat, cooked how I asked, and great sides.

I haven't been to Shula's yet, but it's on my to-do list!

Oh my goodness, I had THE BEST fillet mignon at Jiko. It was so good that we went back for a second time for dinner because I wanted the steak again. It was served on this heaven four cheese macaroni, mmmmmmm it was so good.

It was two table service credits with the dining plan.

The filet at California Grill last week was incredible! My grandparents owned a cattle ranch so I grew up pretty spoiled when it came to great cuts of beef but the filet that night (DH ordered it), was the best I'd ever tasted.

We love the steak at California Grill! My father and brother don't care where else we go, as long as we make it to CG once per trip.

No extra to swap sides at LeCellier. You can't beat 1 TS for filet, especially during free dining!

Shulas at the Swan and Dolphin (pricey, but we ate at the one in Birmingham, AL).

Jiko has good steak, the macaroni and cheese with the 5 cheese and a red wine sauce really brings out the flavor.

We've had steak at just about every WDW restaurant that carries them, with the notable exception of Shula's. IMHO, the best is Yacthsman, followed closely by the Beef Tenderloin at AP.

Just returned from a week of free food. Between DH and I-- ate 7 different steaks.

By far, Yauchtman's was the best!!!

Le Cellier has DELICIOUS steaks for only one DDP credit.

If you think Outback has a good steak, you'll be happy with LeCellier, Kona, or Coral Reef. They are basic steaks. Not fantastic, but decent. Esp for 1 credit. After looking at this thread and others like it, it seems most people are quite pleased with this level of quality beef.

If you want a truly good steak, you have to spend 2 credits and hit Yachtsman, Jiko, Citricos, or the like.

And if you want a step above, Shula's would be the place but you'll have to pay OOP.

Agreed. So far I like the Buffalo steak at AP and also steaks at Yachtsman the best

Wanted to know your opinion ~ how would you compare steaks at Narcoossee's and Citricos? The reason I asked was for our upcoming trip - we visit Narcoossee's on every trip but never had steaks there Haven't been to Citricos but seriously considering.
