Is there free wifi anywhere in WDW?

Looks like I'm going to have to take my laptop with me to WDW to at least be available to my job in case of emergency. Any idea if there is free wifi available, or not-free wifi for that matter?

You'll only have to use WiFi IF there is an emergency right? Can somebody contact you on your phone to tell you if there is an emergency? Or do you need to be online?
