Is there christmas markets ??

Just wondering if there is christmas markets , and where are they held?

I did read aout it somewhere, but cant find the info now

I think there are some in the Disney Village during the Christmas season. Sorry I can't help more!

I also think I read that there's one in fantasyland in the back bit where casey jnr and pays de conte de fetes are.

there are two. Early in the season (November) they have one near Storybookland - Belle's Village with backed goods, candles etc.

Then in December, the Village gets a much larger one with vendors from around Europe. However, they may do it differently now we have all those planters.

When we went two years ago in December, the 'Village' market was actually held in the area BETWEEN the Village entrance and the Gates to DLRP itself.

It's worth also noting that the Village Market doesn't normally pitch up until late December.

Last yr the market was between the Village and bag check areas - it was really good with a lot of different stalls selling different things to in the park - the mulled wine was delicious and you got a really big cup full.

whereas the smaller one- Belles Village - near the Storybook ride and Casey Junior was really disappointing - it just had exactly the same things as in the shops - not christmassy things at all apart from I think one stall.

we usually always go to Disney the 10th - 15th of dec & i think the last couple of days we get the Christmas markets in the village, there should be signs up for it through the Christmas season

It was there between Christmas and New yr last yr but I dont know how much longer it was there

I thought they continued untill the end of xmas season which is around the 6th, i cant remember either that or it finished the 3rd of 4th. I loved the xmas market.. twas lovely..... theres was a lovely smell of warm white hot choc.... hummmmm

There was a stall selling hot chocolate and it had great big slabs of chocolate and you chose which kind you wanted your drink made out of

Yeah i rememebers now.... I was just in the queue ready to get me chops around a yummy white choc drink and i got dragged around and told we were going back to the hotel.............so i didnt get to samply one
