If there IS child swap, would it really be necessary with FOTL so that those that can't ride don't have to wait on line?

There is child swap at Universal. With your hotel key, you might have a short wait and there may not be a need to use child swap, but the Express line can get a little long sometimes.

We used child swap and LOVED it. I would ask the attendant at the entrance to each ride and they would point me in the right direction. SO easy and time-saving.
