Is there anywhere to meet Lilo other than 'Ohana?

My grandkids love Lilo and Stitch. I know we can meet Stitch in Tomorrowland but is there anywhere to meet Lilo? I have KtP Character Locator and I don't see her listed. I hate to spend what 'Ohana costs for breakfast when we are already doing CRT if there is a chance of seeing Lilo elsewhere.

She’s at Typhoon Lagoon. She and Stitch rotate meeting guests so if you see Stitch, Lilo will arrive after he goes offstage.
