Is there anywhere to buy fine jewelry in WDW?

I think Dh is feeling generous--he's been hinting around that I can get a nice piece of jewelry on this trip (Disney freak that I am!) Anyway, I would really love to find a nice pair of earrings--maybe diamonds in the shape of the Mickey icon. Does anyone know where I might find something like this? TIA-Dana

There are a few places. Both the Contemporary and the Polynesian sell fine jewelry. I'm not positive, but some of the other hotels probably do too. There is also a jewelry store in MGM. I'm sure there are others but those are the ones that I'm positive about since we visited them all recently.

If you want it Disney themed, try World of Disney. I've bot some gold w/diamond goodies there for DW before. From what I've seen they have the best selection, but be warned, it's pretty limited.
