Is there anywhere near DL to get Corn Burritos???

I am originally from Calif, Ventura to be exact-about 1 1/2 hours north of Anaheim.

Growing up in So.Calif, we had a food that i wonder if it was only in Calif that they sold it called corn burritos. For those not familiar with it, basically it is just a taquito, but instead of beef or chicken inside, its filled with beans. Its a corn tortilla, rolled up like a taquito, filled with beans, deep fried, with hot sauce and grated cheese put on top.

I love them so much, but have never seen them in AZ where i live now, just regular taquitos. We were going to go to Ventura before disneyland so we could get some at either HiHo restaurant or at Fosters Freeze, but have decided against the additional drive to spend more time at DL.

Is there anyplace near DL that sells them??

Come on all you So. Calif veterans, if they have them somewhere there, i know you have to know where i can go to get them.

I live in LA, am Mex descent & I never heard of them either - they sound good though (I might have to try & make them)

Hi there, I've got family up in Ventura and Oxnard, and I have heard of corn burritos! But, I haven't seen them available other than in the Ventura/Camarillo area... sorry!
