Is there anyway to avoid all the prompts when calling central reservations

Hello:

I was wondering if there is a number to push when calling wdw, it takes about five minutes just for me to get thru the prompts, and even then the computer does not get my name right, then sitting on hold for who knows how long is really putting my expenses up for my long distance. I remember when there was an 800# to use.

the other day I was getting frustrated with the voice prompts not understanding me and I said cans I please just speak to someone and it actually understood and let me speak with someone right away!
