Hey there, Hi there, Ho there, Hope your as happy as can be!!!

I was Just wondering, is there anyone else out there that is obsessed with planning their WDW vacation??
I have been planning our first trip to the World as family since February of this year. My DH, DS,(13), DS(3), and myself.
And I just can't seem to stop.
I've bought 3 guides, one including TGM, and Unofficial guide. I read everything from front to back at least twice. I'm on this website and others at least 3 or 4 times a day, and into the night.
My husband asked me the other night, after coming to bed rather late, because of being on Dis boards, he said, "What are you going to do AFTER our vacation?"
And you know, that's a really good question. I have no idea what I am gonna do. I guess I'll cross that bridge when I get there.
I've learned so much, and yet I feel I haven't even touched the surface.
SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, is there anyone else out there who is just like me??
Please, I feel so alone. And the mouse won't talk back!!

Hey there Karen, I was exactly the same way planning our family vacation for this past March. My DH laughed at how much time I spent on the computer doing "research", but he was very happy with all the info that I picked up. From our dinner at O'hana's watching the fireworks at Magic Kingdom, to our hotel choice to his Segway tour...everything I learned from my research paid off. As for what you will do when you get home...probably the same thing I'm doing....planning our next trip!!
(Maybe it's in the name?!!)

Obsessed? What?! ME????

I am always planning a Disney trip! We are going in early June and again in early Nov. DH and I get confused when we're talking about our trips. One of us will almost always stop and say, "Wait! Which trip are you talking about?"

There's always a trip to plan!

I am on a Disney vacation, or I plan my next Disney vacation.

yes, yes, yes. I live here on this site I think!!! You know I keep saying to myself, the house will get clean after we get back from WDW

I have also bought 3 guide books, and live on this computer about WDW, so I know exactly what you are talking about. My DH just says, "I'll be glad when we finally go on this vacation so you won't live on that computer anymore". Little does he know that when we get back, I'll probably be planning our next WDW trip!!

We leave on the 19th and I can hardly wait. DH isn't as excited, but my DD and I have been discussing which rides we want to ride first!!

When you get back just start planning another one!!! I have been planning out September trip since we returned from our last September trip. The planning never ends!!!

yea im like that......and im only 13 cant wait to see what im like when im doing this for my kids my parents (i swear) either threaten not to take me on the trip or dont tell me about it till a week before. But they stopped because i figured out that they were being liers and i knew the trip like months in advanced cuz im v. nosey some times and am constaly digging in the mail or evesdropping he he im such a bad little girl! :thewave:

I have been planning our trip since February. I have been a member here just as long. I get on this site about every night. It has become an addiction. To see what kind of replies you may get to a thread and to see the new threads as well. We still have 5 weeks before we go but i just get more excited everyday.

Also, I subscribe to Tour Guide Mike's website, and am constantly printing things out, poring over his suggestions, and drawing up our ride by ride and day by day itinerary, then altering it again, etc. It's like putting a puzzle together; I have to make sure that I don't go to "X" park on it's most crowded day and things like that. I think I am sick....
