Is there any way to get last minute ADR's?

We are leaving tomorrow night :dance3: and when I made my ADR's I wasn't sure of our nightly schedule due to the meetings dh has to attend for work. Now it turns out we have lots of free nights and I have no dinners scheduled.

I have tried to get ressies at Chef Mickeys and Ohanas and wasn't able to.

Does anyone know of any restaurants that are generally easier to book at this late juncture that are still good?

I am such the planner but this trip dh has totally confused things and I feel like a slacker

Thanks!

Just keep calling! We went last year during the free dining offer and I while I did plan ahead and make ADRs, they weren't all exactly what we wanted and while we were there our plans changed some. I kept the dining number with me and kept calling at various times during the day. I never had a problem getting any place I wanted. I think lots of people change their plans once they get there and realize how tired the kids are, etc. While I was talking to the Concierge desk, the CM told me that she had just had a man cancel his Cindy's ressie for that night because his kids were just too tired. Someone had a happy surprise

I don't think you'll have any problems. Good luck :thumbsup2

Thanks for the advice! I will try that.

We are staying concierge so maybe they can help too? I managed to get 1900 Park Fare and China Dragons today so at least I have some.

Concierge is a big help. We were there from 4/15-20 without many ADRs and the concierge even got us into Le Cellier for lunch. If you are flexible with times, you'll be fine. We have found that lunch is much easier--did Kona and Concourse without ADRs. Both were great. Also did Kona for dinner with a concierge ressie. Chef Mickey's was booked and we were not successful there. I know some will disagree, but I would avoid Nine Dragons (we have had two bad dinners there). There are some spots that are never too crowded that are good. Yacht Club Galley comes to mind. For light fare, you might try the Plaza in MK. We usually get in there with a walk-up. Good luck.
