Is there any scooter experts on here?

DD has asked for a scooter for Xmas we popped into our local shop skate shack, and my DD has decided she wants to choose the bits herself to make it unique.

I have looked on there website, there are so many pieces. I have emailed them to obtain a list so I get the right parts. But unto now I have received no reply.

So my question would be, has anyone built one and point me in the right direction for parts

Hi, we just bought one from skate shack at metro centre for ds, (jd bug) you can customise them with paint handlebars, brake thing they are so expensive tho but the *in thing* it's scooter crazy around here.
Sure she will love it I know Adam loves his

That's where we popped into. Was advised it's double the price to build, so he tried to convince DD to go for a built one then change things over.

She wants White and purple wheels,
Purple hand grips
White fork
Then other colours for the other bits

Adam got the green one, he is looking to change the grips and break thing on the back ( just another money making racket) he's not mentioned the paint again hoping he's forgot
They were very helpful in the shop and found them to be the same price as most online stockists

She mentioned skateboard, until I showed her the price tag on the boards on the wall
