Most of the rides in Fantasyland would be suitable for your 15-month-old DS.

It's A Small World, Mad Hatter's Teacups, Dumbo, Snow White, Peter Pan, Pinocchio, Storybook Land Cruise, etc. :)

Our friend's DD also enjoyed Pirates of the Caribbean when we were there last year, and she was about 16/17 months at the time. :goodvibes

In fact you'll find that MOST of the rides at DLRP are suitable for very young children. It's not really a thrill rides place like Alton Towers - there are of course a select few thrill rides, but most rides are suitable for little ones.

In Walt Disney Studios there are the flying carpets, the Cars ride, etc. and plenty of characters to meet too! I'm sure your DS will enjoy himself!

Just a word of caution - both teacups and cars spin like mad, so if that sort of thing bothers you steer clear! Neither DS(8) nor I do anything spinny or loopy - we leave that to DH and DS(14). As long as you keep clear of anything with a height limit (I'm not talking about the age for unaccompanied riders, but the measuring stick type) you'll be fine on a lot of things. If the minimum unaccompanied age is 7 or less its pretty tame!

How am I supposed to resist temptation when you say things like that! :rolleyes1

Hi gussy and welcome to DLP DIS board :wave2:
We are a friendly bunch here so please join in on any other thread or if you have a number of questions then just start a new thread for each :goodvibes

If you have not had a look yet, DLP posting rules are here, DIS posting guidelines can be found here.

Our DD was around 15 months when we first visited and we went of just about every ride, apart from coaster obviously :)

Hiya

My daughter was almost 15 months when we went. Her favourites were Pirates of the Carribbean, Buzz Lightyear, It's a Small World and Phantom Manor.

Half a year later and she still goes nuts when she hears "yoho yoho a pirates life for me" :)

I always had reins on her just in case she tried to dive off a ride but she was totally transfixed by it all.

Everyone leaves their buggies outside the rides. So many buggies there you won't be able to miss the area.

Only one time did we think it had been stolen but it turns out it was moved along by staff to make more room.
